Dear Friends of Solomon,

This year Solomon is proud to celebrate 160 years of quality faith-based education! Many current students are continuing a tradition of educational excellence that was enjoyed by their parents and grandparents. Your generosity is the reason the school has continued to remain successful and we hope to continue our tradition for many more generations.

The last few years have not been easy for schools such as ours. The constant changes brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic and fluctuating enrollment have made it challenging to continue the wonderful programs offered at Solomon, but the staff and students have been resilient! Our Solomon teachers and support staff continue to maintain excellence in teaching and learning so our students are the brightest stars of the future. In addition to our Christian education, students are now able to work in a lab in partnership with the Imagination Station to increase their knowledge of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. It is programs such as these that make this school stand out from others in our community. In fact, Solomon Lutheran School is a one-of-a-kind institution and it is all because of your support!

While Solomon´s Day School Committee intends to increase tuition for next year, the cost of educating children continues to rise. It is a difficult balance keeping tuition affordable for families while maintaining funds to operate our aging building, pay teachers a competitive salary and incorporate new technology into the classroom.
