Summer Camps

The time with friends while learning fun new things doesn’t have to stop once school is out. Solomon School has a variety of summer camps for children preschool through 6th grade. All camps run from 9AM to noon, with optional full day care provided for children who have completed kindergarten.

Week 1 – Build It (June 4-8)

 Use all sorts of materials to build all sorts of items.

Week 2 – Barnyard Business (June 11-15)

Meet barnyard friends and equipment during this action packed farm week.

 

Week 3 – Arts-n-Crafts (June 18-22)

Explore your creative side as we study famous artists and do spin-off projects or crafts!

 

Week 4 –  Food Frenzy (June 25-29)

Explore healthy eating and new foods.  Children will make their own snacks.

Week 5 – Fear Factor (July 9-13)

Complete daring (but safe) physical challenges, eat worms (gummy kind) and other scary food like:  BRUSSEL SPROUTSAhhh!

Week 6 – Disney Magic (July 16-20)

Transport yourself to the Disney parks and experience the magic of Disney!

Week 7 – Mission Impossible (July 23-27)

Should you choose to accept this mission, you’re sure to experience a challenging morning!

Week 8 – Sports and Games (July 30-August 3)

A week filled with SPORTS action and fun!

Registration Information

The cost of attending each camp is $35 if they are not participating in summer child care. There is no additional cost for the camps for children using summer child care.

If your child (Kindergarten age and up) does not participate in the summer child care program, but you would like them to stay for the day after the camp, the cost is $15 for child care for the rest of the day.

Summer Child Care

Summer child care is provided at Solomon School all summer long at a cost of $22/day, $110/week. Your child can take advantage of the large shaded playground and indoor gymnasium. In addition, they will be able to participate in each of the summer camps described above at no additional cost.

Children who take advantage of all day summer child care must have completed kindergarten. Registration details are included in the registration form.
