Message from the Principal

Wow! What a fantastic Christmas Program and Art Show we had on Friday. Thank you to all the staff, Mrs. Ruck for conducting the music portion and Mrs. Rahe for helping the students show off their artistic talents at the art show. We are truly blessed to have this enthusiasm in our staff! Check the school Facebook page (like and share it too) for an encore of the 5th and 6th graders’ “black light” piece. While you are on-line, check out the new website! The address is the same, but it has been completely re-designed. Thank you to Adam Amrine for his help in completing this task. It is awesome! Please “Subscribe” to the website so that you receive the event postings and updates.

Going Once, Going Twice…..

Solomon’s Biennial Auction is coming!!! Please help with the planning of the biggest fundraiser we have here at Solomon. The auction is May 9th 2015. We need helpers for food, collecting and logging items, class baskets, set up and clean up, and many other tasks. This is a huge fundraiser that in the past has made over $10,000 for our school, but we can’t do it without help. This is a great way to finish up those volunteer hours we all need! We will start our planning at a meeting Tuesday, December 9th, at 7 pm, here at the school. If you think you might want to help with any aspect of the auction please come to this meeting. If you cannot make the meeting please contact this year’s auction chairperson, Adrienne Sedlmeier at
